RESOLUTION NO. 767
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER' DISTRICT FOR APPROVAL OF WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR ALDEA, CARLSBAD TRACT 90-14, CMWD PROJECT NO. 90-506,
AVIARA PLANNING AREA NO. 16, AND ALDEA (MODELS) AND ACCEPTANCE OF ONSITE WATER IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENTS
WHEREAS, BRAMALEA CALIFORNIA, INC., a Cal:
corporation, has submitted completed plans and two agreeme]
onsite water system improvements for Aldea, Carlsbad Tract

WHEREAS, it is recommended that the Board of Direc
