A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE WATER
COMMISSION
4 WHEREAS, the term of Margaret Bonas as a member of the Water Co

expires on the date of the first regular meeting in January, 1992;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the (
