RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT FOR APPROVAL
OF PLANS AND AGREEMENT FOR ONSITE WATER SYSTEMS IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE PRICE CLUB, CARLSBAD, MINOR SUBDIVISION 837, CMWD PROJECT 87-201
