RESOLUTION NO. 779
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF '
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ACCEPTING i
APPROVING THE DISTRICT'S NEW WATER RECLAMAT: MASTER PLAN
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Municipal Water District contrac,

General Plan, the City's General Plan Map and the District 9
WHEREAS, the new Plan incorporates data from the 8
Water Reclamation Master Plan, and 7
Dudek and Associates, Inc., in August of 1989 to prepar

11 WHEREAS, the City's Planning Commission has approT
12 Negative Declaration prepared by the Planning Director a
records, and

declared the Master Plan to be consistent with the City's

approval by the Board of Directors. 17
their December 11, 1991 meeting and recommend acceptar
new Water Reclamation Master Plan. 20
