RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT FOR APPROVAL -
OF GRANTING A QUITCLAIM DEED FOR EASEMENTS F
AND FB, BEING PORTIONS OF EXISTING EASEMENT, GRANTED FOR WATER LINE PURPOSES FOR COSMOS
