RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
AND DECLARING A STAGE 2 WATER ALERT
TO REMAIN IN FORCE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT RESCINDING RESOLUTION F
WHEREAS, a number of rain and snow storms in both Southern and North

8 reduction in deliveries to its member agencies; and
have increased the water availability for Southern California; and
WHEREAS, the SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY has declared
9 WHEREAS, the SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY will continl
10 monetary penalties to member agencies that exceed the monthly allotments;
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of 1
