RESOLUTION NO. 783
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE WATER
COMMISSION REPRESENTING DIVISION 2.
5 WHEREAS, Kim Welshons has resigned as a member of the Water Commis

and 7
a term which expires on the date of the first regular meeting in Janua
8 WHEREAS, the position representing Division 2 on the Water Comm
9 currently vacant.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
