RESOLUTION NO. 785
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLS:
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, ACCEPTING A JOINT USE AGREEM:
BETWEEN SAN DIEGO GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY AND THE CARLS: MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, San Diego Gas & Electric Company, a Ca
corporation, has submitted a Joint Use Agreement between S
Gas & Electric Company and Carlsbad Municipal Water :
conveying the joint use of the area common to both partie:
San Diego Gas & Electric Company's existing easement; and
WHEREAS, BCE Development Properties Inc., devell
Alga Hills, Minor Subdivision 667, Carlsbad Tract 84-4
Project No. 84-509, are in the process of granting an ease'
water line purposes to Carlsbad Municipal Water Dist
