RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT RESCINDING RESOLUTION % AND DECLARING A STAGE 1 WATER WATCH
TO REMAIN IN FORCE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
