RESOLUTION NO. 792
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING QUITCLAIM FOR AN OFFER
OF DEDICATION FOR A WATER LINE EASEMENT OVER A
PORTION AVIARA PLANNING AREA 7, UNIT 1, CMWD
PROJECT NO. 90-509
WHEREAS, Lyon Communities, Inc. have submitted a
for quitclaim of an offer of dedication for a water line E
over a portion of Aviara Planning Area 7, Unit 1, CMWD Proj
90-509; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad ML
Water District has determined it to be in the public inte
quitclaim said offer of dedication;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Di
