RESOLUTION NO. 795
A RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
TOTHEPURCHASEDWATERACCOUNT
APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FROM THE DISTRICT FUND BAD

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Water District had declared a potential 50%
water supplies during the development of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District Fisca ‘ 11 budget; and

11 the appropriation; and
12 WHEREAS, this appropriation will be offset by additional revenues from watl
13 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of th
14 Municipal Water District as follows:
15 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
16 2. That funds in the amount of $1,800,000 from the Carlsbad Municipal W
