RESOLUTION NO. 798
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
QUITCLAIM OF A WATER LINE EASEMENT OVER A
PORTION OF FAIRWAYS, CARLSBAD TRACT 89-16,
CMWD PROJECT NO. 82-405
WHEREAS, Fieldstone/La Costa Associates
Partnership have submitted a request for quitclaim of a wat
easement over a portion of Fairways, Carlsbad Tract 89-1
Project No. 82-405; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Mu
Water District has determined it to be in the public inte
quitclaim said water line easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Di
of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and corr
2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying an easem
water line purposes to Fieldstone/La Costa Associates
Partnership, which is on file with the Carlsbad Municipa
District and is incorporated by this reference; is approve

Associates Limited Partnership following recordation.
