A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, FOR APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZATION TO PUBLISH AN
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE
EL CAMINO RECLAIMED WATER PUMP STATION, CMWD
PROJECT NO. 92-306

3. That a loan of funds from the District's
