RESOLUTION NO. 806
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF MAERKLE RESERVOIR PUMP STATION AND
DISINFECTION FACILITIES, CMWD PROJECT NO. 89-

WHEREAS, Dudek & Associates, Inc. has submit
agreement between Dudek & Associates, Inc. and the C
Municipal Water District for engineering construction mar
assistance on an as needed basis for construction of Maerk
Station and Disinfection Facilities paid for on actual hour:
as directed in accordance with the rates established in
I1A1I, attached thereto and made a part thereof in full; and
WHEREAS, the contract amount for this work is
thousand dollars ($90,000) , and the 1991-92 Capital Impr
Plan Budget appropriated $3,337,500 for the second pl
expansion and upgrading of the Maerkle Reservoir consisti
