A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE WATER COMMISSION REPRESENTING
DIVISION 4.
