RESOLUTION NO. 808
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Municipal Water District
6 authority to establish fees for engineering services; and
7 WHEREAS, from time to time said fees are revie

the purpose of defraying the cost of the review and appr 12
the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water Disti 11

20 recover the costs for general engineering services; and
21 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has determined 1

are fair and reasonable in reaction to the services receir 23
fees shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has held the nc 24
public hearing and allowed the public comment on the estab:
26 of said fees.
27 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Carlsbad Mi
28 Water District of the City of Carlsbad, California that

schedule shown in Exhibit A attached, hereto and made
hereof, is hereby adopted and shall become the offic:
schedule for the Carlsbad Municipal Water District. Any f
not included in said list shall remain under the con
previous resolution by this Board. All fees shall become ef
on the effective date of Ordinance No. 40 , estak
procedure for setting fixed fees for engineering servi
potable and reclaimed water and sewer facilities.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the C
Municipal Water District on the 1st day of SEPTEMBE
1992, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Larson, Stanton, Nygaard
NOES: None
