A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR IMPROVEMENTS FOR MAERKLE PUMP STATION, AND DISAPPROPRIATING $500,000.00 IN
FUNDS FROM CMWD PROJECT NO. 89-109, CONTRACT NO. 3375
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Mu
