A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE ORDER FOR TWO
HYDRAULIC COMMINUTORS
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Direct I 8

1. That the bid of J. W. C. Environmental, 16802 Aston Street, (1 Imine, California 92714, is hereby accepted and the Purchasing Officer 11
