RESOLUTION NO. 814
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF INSTALLATION OF 1992 FENCING PROJECTS IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CMWD PROJECT
NO. 91-110. CONTRACT NO. 3900
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Mu:
Water District has previously authorized the advertisement
for the construction of installation of 1992 Fencing Projc
the City of Carlsbad, CMWD Project No. 91-110, Contract No
and;
WHEREAS, six (6) sealed bids were received on J
1992, for said project; and
WHEREAS, all bid documents received from all bidde
been reviewed in detail and the Board of Directors does here1
that the lowest responsive, responsible bid received fc

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has the author
