RESOLUTION NO. 817
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN FILES.
WHEREAS, Section 60200 et seq. of the Government Code provides
for
the destruction of certain records; and
WHEREAS, the documents listed on Exhibit "A", attached hereto a
made a part hereof, have been reviewed by the Secretary; and
WHEREAS, the Secretary recommends that all documents listed on
"A"are no longer required, and meet the requirements of Government Cod
34090 for destruction; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has consented to the destruction of
documents 1 isted on Exhibit "A",
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Municipal Water District, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Secretary is hereby authorized to destroy the documen
on Exhibit "A", attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Special Meeting of the Board of I
