RESOLUTION NO. 822
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF EL CAMINO RECLAIMED WATER PUMP STATION, CMWD PROJECT NO. 92-306, CONTRACT NO.
3397
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Mu:
Water District has previously authorized the advertisement
for the construction of the El Camino Reclaimed Water Pump S'
CMWD Project No. 92-306, Contract No. 3397, and;
WHEREAS, Ten (10) sealed bids were received on Oct
1992, for said project; and
WHEREAS, all bid documents received from all biddc
been reviewed in detail and the Board of Directors does her€
that the lowest responsive, responsible bid received 1
construction of said project was submitted by Don
Contracting Company in the amount of $286,765.00; and
