A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, FOR APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE
DESIGN REPORT AND PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
THE COVERING AND LINING OF MAERKLE RESERVOIR
WHEREAS, John Powell & Associates, Inc. has submi
