A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING AN
AGREEMENT WITH AN ENGINEERING SERVICES
CONSULTANT FOR DISTRICT ENGINEER 1 4
5 WHEREAS, the Executive Manager recommends and tl

consultant for District Engineer is necessary becaus g
WHEREAS, the services of an engineering I 8
augment District staff in order to maintain service level: 7
of Directors concurs that utilization of consultants is req

11 WHEREAS, a satisfactory agreement has been net
