RESOLUTION NO. 827
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL W,
, DISTRICT RECALLING ITS MEMBER TO THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATEI
I AUTHORITY AND APPOINTING A SUCCESSOR

~ ~ WHEREAS, it is the policy of the Board of Directors of the Cal

County Water Authority; and 8
Municipal Water District that it be represented by a member of the Board at the San
9 WHEREAS, Eric Larson is no longer serving on the Board of Directors
lo Carlsbad Municipal Water District; and
I.1 /I WHEREAS, Eric Larson’s appointment to the San Diego Water Author

expire on June 17, 1996; and
WHEREAS, in order to appoint a new representative to the San
County Water Authority, the Carlsbad Municipal Water District Board of Directors
recall the current representative; and

WHEREAS, the President of the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Mur
Water District desires to appoint Director Ann Kulchin as representative to the San
County Water Authority. 19 !
20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors (
21 Carlsbad Municipal Water District;
