RESOLUTION NO. 828
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF 1993 FENCING PROJECT IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CMWD PROJECT NO. 92-104 CONTRACT NO. 3900(A)
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad P
Water District has previously authorized the advertisemenl
for the installation of 1993 Fencing Project in the
Carlsbad, CMWD Project No. 92-104, Contract No. 3900(A),
WHEREAS, twelve (12) sealed bids were rece

WHEREAS, all bid documents received from all bidc
