A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, FOR APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZATION TO PUBLISH AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF RECLAIMED WATER AND POTABLE WATER SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS, CMWD PROJECT NOS. 86-109, 91-301 c 91-109
