RESOLUTION NO. 832
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
HILLSIDE WATER LINE REPLACEMENT PROJECTS, CMWD
PROJECT 89-108, CONTRACT NO. 3403
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Mt
Water District has previously authorizedthe advertisement:
for the construction of Hillside Water Line Replacement PI
CMWD Project No. 89-108, Contract No. 3403; and,
WHEREAS, eight (8) sealed bids were received on f
