RESOLUTION NO. 838
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, CALIFORNIA
WATER DISTRICT SERVICES
ESTABLISHING THE FEES FOR DEVELOPMENT-RELATED
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water
District has the authority to establish fees for Water District sewices; and
WHEREAS, from time to time said fees are reviewed and evaluated tc
maintain an adequate fee structure recovering costs for Water Districl
services; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has determined the cost o
providing development-related services; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors finds it necessary to recover tc
costs for development-related services; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has determined that the fees show
in Exhibit A attached hereto are fair and reasonable in relation to thc
services received; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has held the necessary publi
hearing and allowed for public comment on the establishment of said fee?
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of th
Carlsbad Municipal Water District, California that the fee schedule shown j
Exhibit A attached hereto is hereby adopted and shall become the official fc
schedule for development-related services for the Carlsbad Municipal Watt

District. Any fee area not included in said list shall remain under the control
of previous resolution adopted by this Board of Directors. All fees shall
become effective on August 16, 1993.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a &g&x meeting of the
Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District held on the -
15th day of JUNE , 1993, by the following vote, to wit:
