RESOLUTION NO. 842
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
PURCHASE ORDERS FOR THE PURCHASE OF VARIOUS SIZES
OF WATER METERS.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Munic

7 1. That the bid of Schlumberger Industries, Inc., 25283 Cabot Road #2Z
8 Hills, CA 92679 for Items #1 and 5 as shown on Exhibit "A', is hereby accepte
g Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to execute a purchase order for the purchas
10 meters in the amount of $45,283 plus tax for the period of one year beginning Ju
11 through June 30, 1994, with the option to renew for two one (1) year periods with no
12 of the prices in effect at the end of the initial contract period.
13 2. That the bid of The Mueller Co., P 0 Box 128, Highway 70, Cleveland, F
l4 for Items #2, 3 and 4 as shown on Exhibit "A", is hereby accepted and the Purchasi
