A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF RECLAIMED AND POTABLE WATER SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS, CMWD PROJECT NOS. 86-109, 91-301
AND 91-109. CONTRACT NO. 3394
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Mu]
