RESOLUTION NO. 852

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
WATER/SEWER/ACCESS EASEMENTS ACROSS A PORTION
OF PARK SITE IN POINSETTIA COMMUNITY PARK,
CMWD PROJECT NO. 92-601
5 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Car
