A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN
EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT WITH AN ENGINEERING
SERVICES CONSULTANT FOR DISTRICT ENGINEER
WHEREAS, the services of an engineering services consultant fo

Engineer is necessary because staff expertise is limited in this area; and
WHEREAS, a satisfactory agreement has been negotiated with Rc
Coates, P. E.
lo I/ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Director

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes the President to exc

Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California

EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT
FOR CONSULTANT ENGINEERING SERVICES
This extension to the agreement between the Carlsbad Municipal Water Dis
B9ber-t W, Coafes. P.E., dated September 11, 1992 , is hereby extendc
period of two months from March 11, 1994, ending on May 11, 1994, and for an am
to exceed $16,000. All other terms and conditions of the contract remain in effect.
