A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, FOR
APPROVAL OF AN OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF SAID LICENSE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN CARLSBAD MUNICIPALWATER DISTRICT AND
PACTEL (SUCCESSOR TO ADVANCED MOBILE PHONE SERVICES,
INC.) DATED JUNE 16, 1992, FOR AN ADDITIONAL FIVE (5) YEARS
THROUGH JUNE 15,1999, CMWD PROJECT NO. 87-1 10
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of
