A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING
CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF TWIN 'D' RESERVOIR
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, CMWD PROJECT 84-1 11, CONTRACT NO.
3376
5 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District has

authorized the advertisement for bids for the construction of Twin 'D' Reservoir Improvemen

WHEREAS, five (5) sealed bids were received on May 5, 1994, for said projec
WHEREAS, all bid documents received from all bidders have been reviewed in

construction of said project was submitted by T.C. Construction Co., Inc., 1051 0 Prospect Avenu 11
the Board of Directors does hereby find that the lowest responsive, responsible bid receivl
2. That the bid amount in the amount $2,221,740.55 submitted by T.C. Co 15
1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 14
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 13
