ll RESOLUTION NO. 880
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE ORDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF
VARIOUS SIZES OF WATER METERS.
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Municipal Water District desires to purchase a number
meters; and
7 WHEREAS, bid proposals were submitted by six vendors and judged agains
8 criteria.
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Board of Directors of the (
2.0 Municipal Water District, Carlsbad, California as follows:
11 1. That the bid of Schlumberger Industries, Inc., 25283 Cabot Road #221

Hills, CA 92679 for Items #1, 2 and 3 as shown on Exhibit "2, is hereby acceptec
Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to execute a purchase order for the purchase

meters in the amount of $38,796 plus tax for the period of one year beginning Jull
through June 30, 1995, with the option to renew for one 1 -year period with a price incl
to exceed 3% of the prices in effect at the end of the initial contract period.
