A RESOLUTION OFTHE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT FOR APPROVAL AND EXECUTION OF A QUIT
CLAIM DEED FOR WATER LINE PURPOSES OVER A
PORTION OF PARCEL 2 OF PARCEL MAP NO. 1310,
CARLSBAD DISTRIBUTION CENTER, CMWD PROJECT
91 -c.383
WHEREAS, JMB Industrial Properties Fund 11, property owner, has submitted
for quitclaim of an easement for water line purposes no longer required as it no longer cont:

system facilities over a portion of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 1310, Carlsbad Distribution Centc
10 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District has dl
11 it to be in the public interest to quitclaim said easement;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad
13 Water District, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying a water line easement over a porl
