RESOLUTION NO. 883
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT AMENDING THE LOCAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the District has previously adopted and
its Local Conflict of Interest Code; and
WHEREAS, provisions of the Political Reform Act
("the Act") (Government Code Section 81000 et seq.) reql
amendment to said Code due to changed circumstances, changed
or new positions; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors is the Code re
body within the meaning of the Act; and
WHEREAS, the Secretary has prepared amendments
Appendix to include a listing for "Consultant" and certai
revisions which are required to the Appendix which need
incorporated in said Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California as follows:
