A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT APPOINTING A NEW MEMBER TO THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY.

WHEREAS, no member of the Board of Directors may appc
vote for his or her own appointment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Direct
the Carlsbad Municipal Water District as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That Director Claude Lewis is appointed to reE
the Carlsbad Municipal Water District on the Board of Direct
