RESOLUTION NO. 891
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT FOR
APPROVAL AND EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED FOR WATER LINE
ROAD, CMWD PROJECT NO. 88-601
PURPOSES FOR MC CLELLAN-PALOMAR AIRPORT, PALOMAR AIRPORT
WHEREAS, the County of San Diego has submitted a request for quitclaim of a
easement over a portion of Mc Clellan-Palomar Airport, Palomar Airport Road, CMWD Project N
and
a WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District has c
9 it to be in the public interest to quitclaim said easement;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbac
11 Water District, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
