RESOLUTION NO. 896
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING
CONTFWCT AND APPROVAL OF ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR
RECOATING THE LA COSTA LO AND SKYLINE STEEL TANK
RESERVOIRS, PROJECT NO. 94-102, CONTRACT NO. 3425
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District has

authorized the advertisement for bids for recoating the La Costa Lo and Skyline Steel Tank F

WHEREAS, all bid documents received from all bidders have been reviewed in 9
