RESOLUTION NO. 906
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
FOR APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZATION TO PUBLISH AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF RECLAIMED WATER PIPELINE AT PALOMAR
AIRPORT ROAD AND PRICE CLUB ENTRANCE, PASEO DEL NORTE
CONTRACT NO. 3348
AND CAMINO DE LOS ONDAS, CMWD PROJECT NO. 94-302,
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of Carlsbad

has determined it necessary and in the public interest to approve the plans and specifi'
Norte and Camino de Los Ondas and to authorize publishing an advertisement for bids; and 10
Construction of Reclaimed Water Pipeline at Palomar Airport Road and Price Club Entrance,

WHEREAS, funds are available from the Water Replacement Fund; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for Construction of Reclaimed Water Pipeline ,

Airport Road and Price Club Entrance, Paseo Del Norte and Camino de Los Ondas have beel
by the Carlsbad Municipal Water District engineering staff with a cost estimate of $380,000 anc
15 in the Engineering Department of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Munil 18
Bid in accordance with Section 3.28.120 of the Municipal Code. 17
WHEREAS, authorization is hereby granted by the Board of Directors to publish and I

3. That a loan in the amount of $380,000 is authorized from the Water Replacerr 24
District Engineering Department are incorporated herein by reference and are accepted. 23
