A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
REVISING THE LATE FEE POLICY
FOR THE PAYMENT OF UTILITY BILLS
5 WHEREAS, the current method of calculating and charging late fees
revised to accommodate billing procedures and limitation of the compui
system; and

9 WHEREAS, late fees are currently charged on the total balance due o
10 bill, which may include prior late fees; and
11 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal WatE

deems it more appropriate to charge late fees only the actual portion of the

that is past due and not on prior late fees.
15 /I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Director
