RESOLUTION NO. 909
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AWARDING A
CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF RECLAIMED WATER PIPELINEAT
PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND PRICE CLUB ENTRANCE, PASEO DEL
CONTRACT NO. 3348A
NORTE AND CAMlNO DE LA ONDAS, CMWD PROJECT NO, 94-302,
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District has

authorized the advertisement for bids for Construction of Reclaimed Water Pipeline at Palomar Ail

WHEREAS, all bid documents received from all bidders have been reviewed in 11

the Board of Directors does hereby find that the lowest responsive, responsible bid receicl

construction of said project was submitted by Western Pacific Construction, Midland Drh
California 92064, in the amount of $271,381 .OO

16 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
17 2. That the bid amount in the amount of $271,381 .OO submitted by Wesi
18 Construction, 13507 Midland Drive, Poway, California 92064, is hereby accepted, and the P
19 hereby authorized to execute a contract thereafter. The award of contract is contingent
20 Contractor submitting the required bonds and insurance policies, as described in the coni
21 twenty days of this award. Reasonable extensions of time may be granted by the Executive
