RESOLUTION NO. 910
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT FOR
APPROVAL AND EXECUTION OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR WATER
LINE PURPOSES OVER A PORTION OF LAS VILLAS DE CARLSBAD
ADDITION, WEST SIDE OF 1-5 BETWEEN KNOWLES & LAGUNA, CMWD
PROJECT NO. 91-C.379
WHEREAS, Villas De Carlsbad, Ltd., property owner, has submitted a request fa
of an easement for water line purposes no longer required, because the water system facilities
relocated, and a new easement has been granted over a portion of Las Villas De Carlsbad Adc
side of 1-5 between Knowles 8( Laguna, CMWD Project No. 91-C.379; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District has c
it to be in the public interest to quitclaim said easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbac
Water District, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying a water line easement over a pot
Villas De Carlsbad Addition, West Side of 1-5 Between Knowles & Laguna, CMWD Project Nc
which is on file with the Secretary and is incorporated by this reference; is approved.
