RESOLUTION NO. 914
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, FOR
APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZATION TO
PUBLISH AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR RECOATING THE "C
CONTRACT NO. 3488
AND ELLERY STEEL TANK RESERVOIRS, CMWD PROJECT NO. 95-107,
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of

Reservoirs and to authorize publishing an advertisement for bids; and 8
California, has determined it necessary and in the public interest to approve recoating the "C"
9 WHEREAS, funds appropriated in the 1995196 Budget for rehabilitation of the "C"
10 Steel Tank Reservoirs in the amount of $200,000 are available; and
11 WHEREAS, plans and specifications for recoating the interior of the "C

estimate of $200,000 and are on file in the Engineering Department of the Carlsbad Munic 13
Reservoirs have been prepared by the Carlsbad Municipal Water District engineering staff v
Invitation to Bid in accordance with Section 3.28.120 of the Municipal Code. 16
WHEREAS, authorization is hereby granted by the Board of Directors to F 15

Water District held on 19th day of DECEMBER, 192, by the following vote, to wit:
