RESOLUTION NO. 9 17
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING THE RECOATING OF THE LA
COSTA LO AND SKYLINE STEEL TANK RESERVOIRS, CMWD PROJECT
NO. 941 02, CONTRACT NO. 3425 AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District has (

specifications and terms of the contract document; and g
Costa Lo and Skyline Steel Tank Reservoirs in the City of Carlsbad, in accordance wit1 8
Professional Restoration Services, Inc., has completed the construction of the reco
10 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District have
11 appropriated certain funding for said project; and
12 WHEREAS, the District engineer has recommended that the Board of Directors
l3 // construction by Professional Restoration Services, Inc., authorize the Secretary to filc
I* /1 of Completion", and authorize the General Manager to release the final retention
l5 11 passing the thirty-five (35) day lien period following the filing of the Notice of Complc

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Municipal Water District, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the recoating of the La Costa Lo and Skyline !

22 complete and hereby accepted.
Reservoir, specifically identified as CMWD Project No. 94-102, Contract No. 3425, i

Completion, have same recorded, and reducelrelease bonds as appropriate. 24
3. That the Secretary, is hereby authorized and directed to record the

of the 35 day lien period following the recording of the "Notice of Completion". 27
