RESOLUTION NO. 924
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, AUTHORIZING
COMMENTS ON THE DRAFT EIRIEIS FOR THE SAN DIEGO
COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY EMERGENCY WATER STORAGE
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the District has reviewed the Draft EIR/EIS for the San Dieg
7 Water Authority’s Emergency Storage Project; and
8 WHEREAS, the District substantially agrees with the stated impacts fo
9 alternatives presented; and

1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 16
Municipal Water District, California as follows:
WHEREAS, the District agrees with the conclusion stated in the EIR/EI
Olivenhain/Hodges/San Vincente alternative is the environmentally superior t
and would provide the most gradual water rate increase;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the
