2 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
3 A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR THE DEVELOPMENT,
DEMONSTRATION, AND COMMERCIALIZATION OF THE LAWRENCE
4 LIVERMORE NATIONAL LABORATORY
5 WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been prepared con
6 Development, Demonstration, and Commercialization of Capacitive Deionization Technologif
7 Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory as shown on Exhibit 11i11: and
a WHEREAS, four parties have signed the MOU and include Christiansen Cc
