RESOLUTION NO. 93 1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS,
AUTHORIZING THE SECRETARY TO RECORD THE NOTICE OF
COMPLETION AND RELEASING BONDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE
LAW AND CITY ORDINANCES FOR SELTZER CHEMICALS - PD 438
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of installation of waterline, Wi
and fire hydrants located at Lot 27, Geiger Court in the Carlsbad Research Center ir
Carlsbad, California, have been successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of thc
Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record the Notice of (
for said project and release the bonds.
4. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of the Crty of Carlsbad, Californil
directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for ss
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of I
the Carlsbad Municipal Water District held on the 23rd day of APRIL 11
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
