RESOLUTION NO. 932
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRK
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEM
AUTHORIZING THE SECRETARY TO RECORD THE NOTICE OF COMPL
AND RELEASING THE BONDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE LAW ANI
ORDINANCES FOR SHEICO USA - PD-441
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of installation of waterline, wi
and fire hydrants located at the southeast corner of Faraday Avenue and Newton in
Carlsbad, California, have been successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of tht
Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record the Notice of (
for said project and release the bonds.
4. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of the City of Carlsbad, Californii
directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for sa
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of C
the Carlsbad Municipal Water District held on the 23rd day of APRIL 91
following vote, to wit:
